I’m not a huge salad fan, really. I still like them, but I don’t eat them on a regular basis and don’t usually have them when I go places. I much prefer pastas, etc.
So this week I was house-sitting with my friend while her parents were away. One night we made a salad any mushroom lover would go wild for. Here it is:
- spinach leaf salad
- poppy seed dressing
- fried mushrooms
- fried onions
