A couple weeks ago a friend and I did a “Caffeine- Free” challenge. We
dared each other to go practically without caffeine for two weeks. We
were both extreme caffeine consumers. Of course, we did break it a few
times, but we still went otherwise completely without. We found a few
interesting things during our little experiment. We had more energy;
we weren’t as physically tired, we were more alert, and jut were more
energetic in total. We also felt happier, of all things. After
discovering these, we both haven’t consumed as much caffeine since,
and plan to continue to not consume much caffeine.
